This privacy policy describes how Comodo Rent processes the personal data of service users and people using the rental services.

2. Scope and purpose of processing
We process the data provided in the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, message content) solely to handle the enquiry, prepare an offer and perform the rental agreement.
3. Legal basis
We process data based on the user's consent, to take steps before entering into a contract and to perform the rental agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
4. Retention period
We store data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and perform the contract, and for the period required by law (e.g. tax law).
5. User rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing and object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
